Car, settings, general settings, remote software upgrade.

I think we're all on the November version except for people who've gotten that newer version from a dealer.

I'm on the November version as well. Kind of weird to be honest. Not a single OTA update in 7+ months?

They don’t push every single version OTA, only big feature releases. Others are released only to manufacturing or the dealers. My car is still on 07/2021

Cheers!
What version software are you on? I think everyone is on 11/2021 with the exception of a few people I've heard there is a 3/2022 version and has this update. Would you mind checking and letting us know? Thanks.

It shows the M240i logo?

Awesome. I have a dealership appt next week and requested the install. Any other new updates you noticed vs older software?

I confirm 03.2022 brings the m240i logo up

As a side note, maybe those sticking in the x.2021 version may confirm, but at least on UK, Spain (and seems other countries in EU) have problems with the 03.2022 version that basically forces you to disable the steering intervention each f*** time you start the car.

See thread: https://g42.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1931903

As i mentioned in my latest answer ( https://g42.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...22&postcount=7 ) this may be a bug in 2022 that simply doesn't save that toggle OR that they have enabled it in many countries at the same time in 03.2022

Any info on this is welcomed.

If some USA owner is already in 03.2022 and when you set off the "steering intervention" you never have to set it off again in each ride, then it's NOT a bug.

Mine is turned off and saved with latest 3/2022.65 update on the US. It does not go back on. I think EU had a new regulation that requires this to be manually turned off each time the car is turned on (which sucks)

It does consider I am not in the EU here in the land down under. It will be discussed at length with the dealer.

Do you have to ask for the updates, or is it automatically done when you bring the car in for any service?

I would mention it but software should be part of the work.

That has not been my experience with my previous BMWs. My 340 when in for service or warranty work would never get the latest updates unless I told them to
