Hi.
Before the start I am not English speaker.....(understand grammar and word)
Recently, I will trying to buy 11 e90 328i awd lci under 70000mi

Before buy the car I engaged the services of a engineer which is PPI service because I am living far away from the dealership.

So, the inspector guy send the report and pictures.

He told me that car was good condition but there are couple problems that
1. Windshield crack bottom conner - picture
I am not sure about this crack... Can I repair or change?

2. Rear differential right axle leak.
It looks like the oil but he said "Differential/Axle is damp from a seep not a leak"
I have no idea...

3. Rust on the underbody
In this car was Eastern part car. I understand because Eastern part they have a lot of snowing in the winter.
In this pictures it is worse? or just normal?

4. Check the Belt Tensioner


5. when I see the engine side valve cover gasket, it looks like leak but I am not sure it is leak or not

Please I need you guys opinion for this car

Rust is cancer for a car....Cracks in windshield larger then a dollar bill usually will not pass inspection.
