I seem to be having random issues when using the app to remote start.
It's winter here in NY state and I like to use remote start and pre-condition so the heat, defrost and seat heat are on when I leave to and from work. More often than not, something is awry, one or more of the following: heat not on, defrost not on, seat in wrong position, seat heat not on or car not even started.

Any clues to what's going on here?????????
