Overboosting Issue

I am getting a 30FE and 3100 code come up usually in 4th gear near 6000rpm.

Mods:
Catless DPs
DCI
Inlets

Turbos have recently been replaced with OEM turbos.

The car does not throw code when stock map is loaded. However it spikes to just over 10 PSI with stock tune.

My hunch is that the increased airflow from the inlets is causing this overboost.

I have attached a link to a log of a stage 1 MHD pull.

I have tried all MHD tune versions, nothing works.

Boost solenoids have been replaced 5 months ago.

Please let me know if you know anything!

maybe a boost solenoid issue or charge pressure senior issue.
