Parking Assistant Plus EOP Part 2

Hi,

My order for my G42 will most probably be placed this month. So is there a chance I'll still get the Parking Assistant Plus? I live in Canada so it also adds the idrive recorder.

My order was just accepted last week with the parking assistant package. My prod week is 40, October.

So far I'm hoping this end of production noise is false. It makes no sense why they would remove a feature, especially now that chip shortage is getting better. If this option does get removed, I'm cancelling and switching to a M440i unfortunately

What do you mean by production week 40. When did the dealer estimate you'll get the car?

Production week 40 = the 40th week of the year, which is Oct 2-8

I actually had my week 33 build get pushed to week 40 myself, after 2 prior pushes. I also have the ACC as one of my options.

I have been unable to add the Technology Plus Pack to my existing order ( week 40 ) as the dealer advised that BMW said there was a production hold. (UK)
