N51/52/53 Drop-In K&N Filter!

K&N’s replacement high flow air filters for BMW are designed to increase horsepower and acceleration while providing excellent filtration. These filters are washable and reusable and are custom designed to fit into your existing factory air box. Their drop-in design means adding performance is simple. To install simply remove the disposable air filter and replace it with a K&N. Four to six sheets of pleated and oiled cotton-gauze are layered between two sheets of aluminum wire mesh. This proven design stops dirt, dust and other harmful particles like no other filter, all while clean, power-enhancing air flows freely to your engine.

Just give it a simple cleaning every 50,000 miles and your K&N filter will last for the life of your vehicle. With no costly replacing filters or services, your K&N filter will save you money. And, you'll be helping the environment by reducing the number of disposable air filters that end up in landfills.

Fits all 128i, 325i, 325xi, 328i, 328xi, 330i, and 330xi sedan, coupe, and convertibles (E90, E91, E92, E93, E82, E88 chassis)

Fits all N51 N52 N53 non-turbo BMW engines

ONLY 49.00 bux + shipping

There should be a modest increase in sound, but nothing like going with a complete intake.

depends on the dealer. Also, I've heard that they have to prove that the mod is what caused an issue for them not to cover it under warranty.

silly question here. Doesn't the N53 (naturally aspirated) use a drop in cylindrical air filter? I'm looking to change my air filters, but seems like the stock isn't the same as what you have shown.
