Winter wheels and tires

I put a deposit on a 22 M240i xDrive yesterday and will need to get winter wheels and tires for it as I reside in the frozen north.

This car has the M sport pro package (ZPZ) with the slightly wider front tires. It also comes with the larger sport brakes (3M2) so I'm not sure if 18" wheels will fit and whether the winter wheels would need to be staggered as well or if one can go with a square setup.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

If you just put down a deposit, you can probably wait until next winter to get tires. Delivery likely won't be until mid spring.

Might be able to get tires, but BMW wheel packages are sold out.

Yes 18 x 8 wheels work with 245/40/18 square setup.
