Rear armrest cupholder?
Hi all
I don't seem to be able to find any cupholders in the rear of my e90 which is most surprising as its a 320d m sport business edition. I have the fold out armrest but there are no cup slots. Any ideas? Thanks |

I think M3's also don't come with rear cup holders.

Nope just checked definitely no rear armrest cupholder.
I do hope this is the last thing I'm missing as coming from my civic EX GT I'm feeling somewhat short changed Can rear cupholders be retro fitted? |

When BMW brought out the facelift E9x they changed the specification (like servotronic becoming extra and the E92 4 cylinder cars lost their semi electric seats). They also scrapped the cargo nets on the rear of the front seats and scrapped the rear cup-holders.
They then doubled the price of the option "extended storage" and gave them back to you. |

That sucks for LCI people if they took it out. I don't even use mine. I do however use the aircon armrest compartment the LCI also doesn't have. I imagine you could retro fit a Pre LCI arm rest. |

or Drive from the driver seat and keep your drink on those cup holder... I hope you are not concerned about your passengers which may sit in your car twice a month!

I have a pre-lci E93 and I have no rear cupholders. Not even the ones that the Americans get built into the centre console. I wasn't happy when I checked

Then again, the front cupholders are kinda small for some drinks (like my protein shake bottle), so sometimes I shove cups in the rear cupholders since they are slightly larger.
