03/2024.40 Update

I might be hallucinating but I feel that this update is addressing Transmission tuning but the end result is very poor.

I feel the acceleration map for comfort is waaayy mooooore comfort that it used to be. Before I felt while in Comfort the vehicle still has some stamina to push when needed but now Comfort feels very close to Eco Pro.

Also, Sport Plus feels a little detuned.

I really don't think I'm hallucinating. what changes have you noticed?

After an update, I suggest going on a more spirited drive to re-program the ecu for your driving style. Car should settle back to how it was before the update.

Interesting observation - I have to admit to driving in eco pro most of the time and did think it was lethargic yesterday - which is following the update. I tend to use the sport gearbox selector if I want to accelerate quickly to overtake etc as it is very tactile and easy to find versus the very flat mode buttons.

Just pull the right paddle in that case. Pops it straight into sport+ mode for overtaking.

Interesting, didn't know that. Seems to be a better way then looking down at the buttons and scrolling to Sport Plus.

Dumb question - but does it stay in Sport+ until you button press back to another drive mode ?

It reverts back to your previous mode once you’ve reverted to normal driving after “the sprint” (it’s called sprint mode).
