FSTOOL2 Download & Connect
Hi guys, finally got the CIC to C1A and going with the V2 patcher. I cannot find a good version of Fstool2 to use for some reason. Does anyone have a valid link?
I managed to get FStool2 02.02.00 downloaded but as soon as i try to open it i just get access denied and it closes. Last edited by neilvan; 09-12-2021 at 01:02 PM.. |

Usually it force closes because it can't detect a Java install.
In my case I needed to install the latest Java in its default locations and the JRE Runtime 1.5~ in EC-Apps/JRE/1.4.2_06, depending on how that bat file is setup in fstools. |

Another member sent me a link to another FS tool 2 (20.21.1) and it worked like a charm.
Within maybe 10 minutes I had all the FSC's done, car reset and they work (It really is that easy with the right tools) |

I have the same question as the OP. I haven't had any luck with a stable version of FS Tool. I have version 2.02.00 installed but get "The procedure entry point __apiCheckVersion@8 could not be located in the dynamic link library api32.dll". Can someone provide a link to a version of FSC that's stable? Thanks in advance.

Hi Neilvan. I would like to go as easy as you with fs tools. Could you provide me the link to that tool you had? It would be a great help and it will be much appreciated. Thanks. |

Hi,
I'm trying to get FSTool to work but have the same problem. It doesn't connect to my car. NCS Expert works great though. But I need to write a couple FSC codes. I have a CIC with the C1A software on my car. Already applied the patch also. Is there a chance someone could post a link to a working version of FSTool? The link above doesn't work anymore... Thanks a lot for your help. |
