I referenced myself to show that people are not far removed from actual instances of damage and noted that it was a pretty small rock that did the damage. |

All you Canadians ordering the Mishimoto, do one of the two:
1- order it via another vendor (such as Amazon) or 2- have it delivered to the US or to a cross border service. Do NOT order it from Mishimoto directly to have it shipped to your home in Canada. They use UPS and you’ll get a huge financial hit before receiving the item. |

Details can be found here, including weight differences: https://g87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=2071670 We should probably make that thread a sticky since everyone is getting some sort of protection under the car.

Just as an update, all backorders are fulfilled and we finally have some spare units available for those looking for a Mishimoto skid plate.

I did the Turner Motorsports skid plate option a few weeks after reading some of the stories owners experienced in late 2023.

Why are you quoting me? I'm one of the people that have had had to replace a radiator within the first month of ownership. I have purchased and installed radiator protection and oil cooler protection. Maybe you meant to quote someone else, or direct your comments to another member.

I have MP HAS (fully lowered) and the Mishi skid plate. No rubbing/scraping whatsoever. I am on 20" rims in the front and back. |

My Mishimoto paired with a lightweight performance TÜV splitter. The level of confidence these 2 bring me while I’m slammed on H&R VTF’s is amazing.

And I can't use my low profile jack (by itself) I bought to do the install. I instantly regretted it when I had to get creative in lowering the car down onto the jack itself. Another pull is selling one that doesn't have clearance issues for 350$ I might go that route later and sell this one. But for now the oil cooler is bulletproof. |

I have also seen the Another Pull plate. I’m curious if that one sits nice and flat or if it has a slight bow since the screws are fairly far apart. This is my same concern for the inner part of the Southeast C&F version. I would hate to hear flapping down there at high speeds. Thank you. |
