I've been using the padded one I got from chewy but putting it in the front seat. Doesn't really fit well in the back and it's a bit floppy in the front but it provides a lot of protection. I'll take a picture next time I use it.

I am still using a hammock style and works pretty well. Took it out for cars and coffee and have not put it back in yet - will get a picture when I get it back in.

It fits okay but I really just do short trips (30 minutes or less) in my car with the dog. Anything longer then that and the X3 is more comfortable for an 80lbs dog.

I did a test fit with the SUV version from the X3 (picture attached), it was a bit sloppy, the compact version fits better.

Has anyone found a decent fitting rear seat cover?

For some people this is their beater

It’s a $60K car which these days is about the same as a loaded Hyundai. Granted, I am obsessed/OCD with the car and do what I can to avoid any scuffs, and my dog is awesome. He jumps in and lands on the rear floor then jumps up onto my water proof seat cover over the rear seats. No damage at all after over a year.

It’s does the job, I’ve had it for around 2 years. I only use it when he’s in the car as I connect it to a seat belt lead, and sometimes when we go on bike rides.
