Help with driver fog light and TPMS transmitter

So long story short my driver side wheel well cover broke which exposed the fog light and TPMS wiring to my wheel. At some point the wires contacted the wheel and over time the fog light connector was ripped off. Both wires touched together and ever since the fog light and TPMS transmitter do not work. Right hand fog light works fine. I've checked the fuses and they are also fine. I can't seem to figure it out. Could I have fried the footwell module?
