short update the service director is going to make this right by getting a new phone system so someone picks up calls, ordering a new wheel for repair and a full car detail.

Glad to hear,

I've heard both sides of the coin about this dealership. Just as many happy customers as horror stories. Mostly on the sales side though.

But it looks like they are willing to make things right, which in my book is a step in the right direction.

I go out of the way to BMW of Sterling because of things like this. They haven't let me down so far.

Shawn Peace! They just fixed a rattle in my car today. Got it back with no scratches/dents/dings. I made sure to carefully look over the car for 5 minutes before driving it off. They're usually booked for 2-3 weeks.
