Employee lease rates for 09
Well my lease is up next month and I was wondering if any body knows if the employee lease rates for the 3 series are out yet. I was told there was nothing for January and that they where coming out in Feb. Anybody know?
I am turning in a 07 328i,Metallic paint,Steptronic,Leatherette. 10k a year,24 months. I pay 248 a month and only put 465 down(can't remember exactly). Think the new deals will be this good? I am looking for another 09' 328i with ZSP,Base paint,Leatherette,Zenon lights and 6 speed. Just wondering. I may just go get a used 5 series if the rates are not a good.

If you pay $248 a month for a lease on a 328i, you'd be nuts not to get a 335i for 2009 then. It would be what $325 a month. As the person above said, that's half what everyone else pays.
How long do you have to work for BMW to get the employee rates? If it's only a week or two I'd get a job with BMW, pick me up a 2010 e92 M3 with DCT, pay $500 a month then quit. It would be a beautiful thing. |

lmao...we all wish it were that easy.
Unfortunately in order to qualify for this employee lease you must have a certain standing in the dealership, I think a few months and close to top 2/3 in sales for a month. Not every salesman gets this, but eventually even if you suck and work for some number of months you end up getting the status. Don't quote me on that

You get 2 employee leases and 1 Honors car (if you qualify). Sales (this is all I can speak of since I haven't worked in any of the other departments): To get Honors (even better prices) you have to have a certain amount of sales per month average for the year. There are 3 levels to this and each level gets better and better. By achieving Honors you get the current employee price plus you get deduction in money factor as well as a bump in residual...works out rather nicely |

Although my dad does not work in sales. It is open for all employees. Due to some tuff times and increase in rates I decided against a new E90. Still cheaper than what your average joe would pay() I just kep my cash in the in the bank and purchased an E39. See my Sig

Yea I turned in my E90, and went to order a new ZMP. My payment would have gone up well over 100 bucks a month for the same exact car. Even though it is still FAR cheaper than the average person would pay, its still way too much for me.

In order to get the employee pricing you have to work a minimum of 90 days. BMW is very strick on this policy. But once you have been employeed for 90 days or more you are qualified to recieve the employee lease rates. The rates are insane! trust me thats how i am able to afford my car and lifestyle now! haha

FYI next time your in the market to get a new BMW ask your dealer when the next BMW executive car auction will be. Every year there is a huge auction where dealers all over the US bid on cars that higher end BMW workers have driven for that year. They are usually all loaded vehicles and have really low miles talking 4k to 5k miles. The dealers can pick these up for thousands below invoice and sell them to you as a new car which qualifies you for the lower rates. Its a great route to take when buying your next car.

My service adviser made me feel like crap when he told me how little he pays for his 335i, and that he has his modded with Procede and does not have to worry about warranty issues. Meanwhile I'm driving a stock car and paying what "normal" people pay.

maybe its different in each state? i got mine after 90 days. but yet again i get mine due to family friends with a dealer so technically im not an employee per say so maybe you guys are correct. Who knows either way the payments are insane.

You qualify for the "center employee lease" program as soon as you get a remote user access id. Which means you can get a center employee lease the day you start if you get a RUA id # on the 1st day.
Cheers. |
