It’s the stick on wheel arch extensions that can be seen on this purple car..

Yeah that’s the same that I have ordered as well

watched hundreds of YouTube videos over the last few months and was really excited about buying one.

but when I saw that black car in the flesh today, and yes it was really dirty, it just didn’t have the Wow factor that I was hoping for.

I will go and have another look at it again tomorrow and hope my opinion changes

Colour choice is one of the hardest things on this car. I think if you gave me any one of the metallics I would be happy!

I have ordered Brooklyn Grey but am still debating my choice.

Love Black Sapphire. But I vowed never to get another black car. Too much work.

Portimao Blue, my favourite, but I have had a car in this colour before.

Mineral White. Lovely, but Brooklyn is more interesting.

Melbourne. Lovely but not generally a fan of red.

Thundrnight. Looks amazing but also looks hard to keep clean. Not a purple fan!

So, I am back to Brooklyn. Though I could be swayed to Portimao! I'm definitely keeping the Cognac Vernasca leather though...

I checked the UK configurator the other day and was really jealous to see cognac vernasca as an option! US only gets cognac in sensatec or I 100% would be portimao over cognac

The colour options do suck. Not enough choice IMO…and no Individual options due to being built in Mexico.

It’s the seats. No sensatec here and we get M seats and can only get those in black or cognac. So that’s our interior choice…. You don’t get the seats but more colour choices. It’s the same on the M340 here - you can get extended Merino leather, but can’t get it with the M seats….only standard Sport seats. So it’s M seats or extended leather…. bit odd!

That is in UK only, in UE we have all options available, all seat colours from Alcántara with sensatec as standard combo to M sport seats with leather.

For the rest of options is the same.. Germany configuration is almost the same for all the UE, just only packages have little different things

I haven't had a blue car in a few years, so I chose PB, but I agree with all your comments here. I probably would have considered grey if it had been a bit darker, and I think the purple will be popular because it's the launch colour.

Hello,

So I spoke to the genius yesterday evening and my car status is currently 5300, which just changed yesterday as well. The car should be in final assembly stages by the end of this week and as it's in build I've got my chassis number as well, which I'm eagerly awaiting to see when vin decoder will be able to find my car so I can see what's been deleted. I'm guessing the next big wait will be the shipping from Mexico.

Having looked at the ships schedule, I'm hoping my car will make it onto the boat for the 27th Apr departure date!
