Service Lights Came On while driving

I have a stock 2011 335i and last weekend I did an oil change and put new spark plugs in. car has 37xxx miles, dropped the car off this monday to get my rear bumper fixed (got hit in the parking lot)....picked the car up today and on the way home all the service lights came on for some reason

It first showed the car on the lift with the brake light on ABS, traction control, and tire pressure light, also Service Engine Soon came up.

while driving I tried to reset tire pressure light but it kept coming back up and the other lights would go away and come back randomly and after about 3 or 4 times of doing that they stayed off except the Service Engine Soon light (it stayed on).

I was really puzzled because the car drove completely normal and RPM was normal but it seemed like it didnt have any dates for the service times.

When i got home I wanted to try to recreate it so i unplugged the battery real quick and then went for a 12 mile drive highway included and no lights came on.

Can anybody explain what could cause this?
Could the body shop have done something, I known the guys for a while so I dont think they messed with anything other then the bumper.

Thanks

I took some pics of the light but I think everyone has seen the lights at start up and the car being on the lift

They let the battery charge get to low, weird stuff happens then. You probably recharged it enough by driving it back home and then the 12 miles.

I had the same issue about 3 weeks ago. In addition, the wipers were on and I couldn't turn them off. It worried me at first thinking it was something I did to the car. Turns out, you shouldn't let your battery charge get low. Let the battery charge a little while, it went away. Haven't had a problem with it since.

I may need to change my battery, last night I had to do some stuff so I drove the car for another 50 miles, but this morning as soon as I walked up to the car and opened the door the Car on a lift light was on and when driving random lights turned on and off.

I'll keep an eye on it, never had any issues with the battery but it is about 4 years old now and I dont know how often BMW wants them changed.

Thank you

You might want to check if the car has a recall. I have the same car 2011 e90 335 xdrive and there was a recall on battery wiring. You can check with your local dealer.

I also had my alarm computer go bad and it was trying to cycle my power locks all night long. I would get a low battery warning when I would start it up in the morning. It had to be programmed in Germany and flown over. Thank God for CPO! That couldn't have been cheap.

So I went to get a hair cut and the lights flashed a few times on the way there but would eventually turn off.
On the way back same thing but i was stuck in traffic for like 10 mins and in that time all the lights came on but the everything turned off, red car on lift light came on all the dash needles were in OFF position, AC did not work. After a minute of that it came back on, but then did it again and didnt come back on for the whole ride home. Radio turned on but time was reset bu i couldnt get into the menu to set time.

So car was running the whole time drove perfectly normal but none of the dash lights or needles worked nor did the AC.

When i got home turned the car off and back on to see if it will reset and same thing non of the lights came on at all and car does not lock with key.

Also turn signals dont turn off after you make a turn like usual and turn signal lights did not work in the car

Thank for help
I'm getting a little frustrated.

The body shop might have kept the trunk open for a few days, i read on the forum that might drain the battery

Update: Basically right now its as if there is not electricity in the car, Car starts fine but no lights come on at all nor do the needles move, windows dont go up or down, cant open trunk, no AC
Called dealer and they suspect Tire pressure module (or something like that) he said its around 600$

My battery only lasted 3 years and I always do highway driving. If yours is 4 years old I would start there. Go buy one from advanced auto and find someone who can register it. If you can't find someone I think BMW charges $100.

Do the Optima dry cell batteries work in our cars? I would think so. I had one that lasted over 10 years.
