Need 335d exhaust work in Phoenix, AZ

Hi,

I need a good shop to help replace exhaust on 2009 335d in Phoenix. I have all parts; just keep getting stuck on so many rusted nuts and bolts. Not having success removing the old one, ugh.

Please recommend a good shop or person ONLY if you have experience with them for exhaust work.

Ez fix. Buy some PB Blaster and a impact wrench. Will come off no problem plus u will have an extra tool vs. giving the money to a exhaust shop

I've tried a MAP gas torch, a 3 foot cheater bar, an air hammer (550 lb-foot torque claimed) soaking in penetrating oil...and nothing has worked. The car lived most of its life in upstate NY prior to moving out here (prior owners) where it got its incredible rust fusion. The car's metal is flawless, but nearly every bolt and nut in the undercarriage is permanently fused.

If I can find a shop, it's likely they'll have to drill out each one, use an easy-out, and put helicoils in.

Thank you!

I've been using Shulte Automotive for general BMW and Mercedes repairs, and he's great. But he won't do any non-OEM approved work (nonstandard installs, etcetera). I will check out Parts Score.
