Has anybody done N51 to N52 swap?

Hey guys, just picked up a 2011 E90 328xi that needs saving (N51 seized) and after trying to find a low mile N51 and constantly dealing with scamming junkyards with "80K mile engines" ... meanwhile carfax shows 164k miles.

I got the idea of putting a N52 into the car since it's essentially the same motor just different compression ratio and head correct? I'll swap over the 3 stage manifold, fuel rail and injectors from the N51 onto the N52 and all should be good right?

Has anybody done this swap if so can you clarify what needs to be done for the electrical side of things? I wonder if I can flash the "330i tune" for the N52 users that put the 3 stage manifold on and everything will be fine? The DME seems the same and I have searched high and low for a definitive answer as to what to do about the DME software since I want the car not to throw a check engine light for the secondary air pump not being there and the coated radiator.
