This vessel just left the port 3 hours ago , mine still shows ready for transport . Means it's not in the boat .

Genius said its on the Toledo. Should arrive in Galveston later today and headed to Dallas over the weekend.

we don't know that... literally just an hour ago oldbmwtech had a situation he thought he missed the boat (pun intended) and it turns out several days later his car showed up in Texas... also the Glovis Captain is heading towards Vera Cruz.. which i think is where more M240is are loaded from.. so there's still hope

Makes since, I was stuck at ready to transport for a week or so, Also, I have a 230 so they may indeed be sent to different ports. I was thinking I missed the boat too as I was seeing some people rejoicing. Also, have you guys experienced errors on the garage page when the status is updated. I can see that it is in transit but when I click the track button, the page goes and stays blank.

interesting.. the Toledo just left Galverston Yesterday, and is hanging out just outside of Altamira right now.. so something about that feels not right from a time perspective.. because the ship locations are live (or reasonably close)..

if i had to guess.. your car will be on the toledo.. but i don't see how it can be yet.. as it hasn't made it to the Mexico port yet

I saw it sitting out there. Maybe there is a delay in reporting location for safety purposes in the world today. That was the information I was given. The guy said it will be at port tonight and clear customs within a few days. I try not to think about it. What will really suck is my lease payment is due on the 7th, I would hate to make that payment and pick the new car up soon after!

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I mean on my 330, I'm returning it when the 230 arrives.

Mine is on the Toledo and it left Galveston yesterday why we updated so fast. My CA told me it was on the Toledo but has not arrived. Vessel track Toledo, right now it is in Altamira Mexico coming from Galveston. Hopefully we will get our cars this weekend.

i wonder if they load cars on ships at night? or is dock worker more of a 9-5 thing.. i get why it might be riskier to the cars to load at night.. with less light and all.. there's just so much we don't know about how products get here.. the logistics of it all is quite staggering

Mine didn’t change either, but I’m not confident it would post immediately on the tracker. Seems to be a delay.

There was several day delay in mine so hang tight. I bet all of yours are on that vessel. Calling Genius was no help until I got a new update. Same with the CA, she told me it didn't make the vessel. Good luck we will have our cars soon.

yeah.. and i had emailed the genius a couple days ago, and they got back to me today.. with zero info, according them i'm still ready to transport for 2 weeks... i'll probably give it a couple days.. but soon i'll going to give up on this car

What is strange mine is going from At the Port to In Transit then back to At the Port. This has happened multiple times. Not sure where this car is.

It's normal to see "at the port" when it's awaiting the ship in Mexico. On the ship is "In Transit". Then back to "At the port" when delivered to your coast's port. Might even go back to "in transit " on the way to the dealership. End of 9/21 order for me. Delivery end of January, so about 4 months. Hang in there everyone. It's worth the wait.

When it says that its back at the port it means its in a USA port waiting.

Glad you made the ship. I just got off the phone with Genius and told me my car arrived yesterday. BMW is a few days late in reporting. My ship left Galveston on Sunday. I'm hoping to get this thing Saturday. I guess BMW doesn't want cars sitting at port long. The quicker they deliver less chances for damage
