Smile Upgrades from VRSF

Looking to get charge pipe, exhaust and a downpipe for my f30 n55 335xi 2015, does anyone have any recommendations for any other things I may need for these upgrades?

For chargepipe - I would do the MAD/BMS or PTF one, wrap it in gold reflective tape.

Exhaust - Remus or AWE.
Downpipe — MAD or VRSF
Inlet - BMS OR MST V2
Diverter valve (to be done at the same time as the inlet - Turbosmart plum back
Intake - M2 lower box or cut your stock one with AFE drop in, otherwise CTS

HPFP if you want maximum power with STAGE2+ Tunes

Is a diverter valve necessary? Is it a maintence item or is it better for performance?

Not necessary... as long as your stock one is working. TBH i was never convinced to swap mine out from stock, for a stock turbo application. Some report slightly improved throttle response with an upgrade but if your OEM one is holding fine i personally would not recommend changing it. The aftermarket ones can fail (GFB) or randomly throw codes (TS). I wouldnt fix what isnt broken.
