245/35/19 Will it rub?

Hi,

I have a coupe and I want to know if a set of 245/35/19 hankook v12 tires will rub in front on my 19x8.5 ET35 wheels? I'm running on stock sport suspension.

It should fit fine. Some have reported it hitting inside when backing up and turning at same time. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=390344

X2. Sometimes you will rub depending on the tire brand but overall it will give you a better look in the front (in my opinion)

Does the Hankook V12 have a round or square sidewall?

If these tires have a square sidewall, any ideas what tire brand should I get?

I think you can get away with 245/35/19 Go with v12s op.
This is 19x9.5 ET 33 on 235/35/19 no rubbing. I'm for sure I can get away with 10 more mm

Don't under estimate 10mm when it comes to car modifications. Changes the outcome of everything i.e. 10mm difference installing downpiipes and it won't work. Back to the issue at hand... I just put on 245/35/19 michellin pss...and major rub on turns.

Somewhat agree. I don't think they have super round shoulders, but they're not the widest tire option out there. They run a little narrower than other brands and models in the same sizing.

I know, don't underestimate 10mm but it also depends on ride height, so mine is high enough for me to go 245. Just combination of things.

Yes 245/35/19 are mounted and they fit perfectly! No rubbing at all on the stock sport suspension and they look 10x better than the 235s IMO.

I run 245/35/19 with 5MM spacers with no rub. Keep in mind I am much lower than this now since the coilovers where not settled.

I have 255/35/19 up front and 275/35/19 in back and love the way it looks but front is rubbing on complete turns. I'm hoping 245/35 will work up front, but may have to play it safe with 235s. Trying to figure it out today. Also considering rolling back fenders to prevent rubbing when my car is full. Once these tires are worn out I plan to switch to the suggested 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 set up, just don't want to waste these practically new Michelin PSS that came with the 437M rims I bought yesterday. My car is a 2013 E93 lci and I'm trying to get the perfect fitment without moving too far away from how it looks now! Thoughts?
