2013 3 Series Coupe and Convertible (E92/E93) Pricing Released
BIMMERPOST NEWS 2013 3 Series Coupe and Convertible (E92/E93) Pricing Released Here are the official pricing guides for the 2013 3 Series Coupe (E92) and Convertible (E93) [download PDFs below]. The pricing listed in the guides are effective July 1, 2012. All models see a $200 price increase over the 2012 model year prices (as of September 2011). I thought the next generation of 3 Coupe are suppose to come out this year?

so after getting criticized for their too high of pricing on the 335is bmw increases $200? that makes sense

I love the E92/93 and hate to see it go, but now that the F30s been put on sale its time for the F Coupe/Convt. to be officially released.
They're only doing this b/c the M3 is on sale for another year |

It's likely the other way around. The E92M is still around for another year because the E92 and E93 remains on sale through calendar year 2013.

No new 3 series coupe and vert on the F platform so that they can put some distance between the generations and separate from the F30 3 series when they launch the 'new' line as 4 series next year...seems obvious to me.

They are doing this because the 3 coupe (likely to be renamed 4 this time) replacement is always scheduled ~18 months behind the 3 sedan replacement.
The M3 coupe/convertible remains on sale during this period simply because it would make no business sense to discontinue it early. |
