HELP! Alignment Settings.. Need them in Min/Degree ORB??

I have the same setup as Orb and am going by his suggested settings

Caster: 7.3 to 7.6
Front Toe-in: 0.13 to 0.15
Front Camber: -0.8 to -0.9 (this is the max)

Rear Toe-in: 0.15 to 0.18
Rear Camber: -1.6 to -1.7

Problem is my BMW place here in germany measures by Degrees and Minuetes. I have the BMW 230 19 " and have 225/35 tires and 255/30 rear i think..(factory tire sizes) (Approx 640mm Diameter all around)

The shop told me they need those exchanged numbers. Im not sure how to calculate this, any chance someone can point me in the right direction..

For now i told them to Max out the front Neg Camber, and set the rear to Double that. Im assuming front is around -.8 so rear should be -1.6 ..

Thanks
