Possible missing Vacuum line?

This is the Tee that is directly under the airbox. I feel like there's something supposed to be in the end of the nipple there. Can anyone shed some light on my issue?

Check that each diverter valve is hooked up to a vacuum line.

It looks like it's the vacuum line coming out of the intake manifold. Do you have stock/aftermarket dv's, or a bov?

Follow the line across to the dv/bov. If you have stock dv's, check that they each have a vaccum line connected to them coming out of the y (or t) connector. (one could be missing based on your pic).

If you have bov, check that the open side of the 't' in your pic is plugged up to prevent vaccum/boost leak.

This is really all I could think of...

That line is not suppose to have a T take it off and just put a straight connector. that line is suppose to go to both diverter valves. no way you are hitting boost with that.

You'd be better off getting a single continuous vacuum line to replace the t currently have

+1 that looks like a bad nipple fix. That is the throttle body on the left. You need to be really careful. If it was me I would pull the manifold and retap the nipple with a 1/4". I think @Robc1976 might have a diy.

Wasn't even attached to the manifold. It was held on with some putty.

I must be blind.... Where is the nipple on the intake in that photo?

I see the vacuum line coming up from the bottom of the pic, going into a T, and then disappearing behind what I THINK is the intake plenum.

Is there something in that pic (or supposed to be in the pic) that the vacuum line should connect to?

Alright so under further inspection it looks like there is a small hole in the intake manifold that the Tee plugs into. So what I did was I ran two new lines from the DV to both exposed ends of the Barbed Tee but now the problem I'm having is that the car seems to be really really bogged down, turbos don't seem to be spooling whatsoever.

Like we said someone who owned the car before you broke your intake manifold barb. Check out Rob's DIY that I posted for a fix or buy a new one. Until you fix it properly it is going to be a constant boost/vacuum leak.

It's not a quick fix, but it has been well documented:
