If you go 4l80e what are you doing to adapt the bell housing? What converter. I would love to see one or a powerglide just for the wtf factor.

I couldn't deal with that spool on the street but once the on switch flips that looks positively artarded powerful.
5-6K must be out of this world

Yeah the bell housing and pressure plate/converter combo are the big hurdles. I think one f the many stanalone controllers will take care of the shifiting fine. Like the ez-tcu or Simple shift. One guy I had contacted about a custom housing one time is this guy.(http://www.billsautofab.com/recent_mit.asp). He is usually pretty busy but you can also just get a good fab shop to replicate his method. Pretty ingenious actually.
