Thumbs up Wedge rocks- after two years of constant problems, car is finally dialed in

I just wanted to thank Wedge for his patience and hard work in helping get my car to run right.

Some background: I have always run Procede, and used their maps for a long time, until e85 hit the scene. I was an early adopter of their flex fuel system, which entailed sending my DME to Shiv in CA, and getting it sent back, etc. Somewhere along the way, things got messed up, and my car was running like crap. I also picked up a shadow CD97 code that no one, including the dealership, could figure out, and constant o2 sensor codes that would not resolve, even after I had all 4 replaced. I eventually sent Wedge an email asking for help, along with a copy of my .Bin file. Here's how things were looking:

http://www.datazap.me/u/atomos319/02...g=0&data=1-3-4

Wedge immediately contacted me, and offered to trouble shoot the issues.

To keep a long story short, we then went through countless flash revisions to get the car running right. In the meanwhile, I managed to brick my car, another issue he helped me resolve in less than one day!

Now, after nearly half a year of consistently working with him, my logs look like this:

http://www.datazap.me/u/atomos319/we...g=0&data=1-3-5

Look at the timing! ( I run e65 consistently). I do appear to have some sort of boost leak, but you would never know it by how hard the car pulls. Looks like I need to go see my mechanic about the leak.....again.

Anyways, Wedge has always been professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. I sometimes felt like I was pestering him as I continued to need his help, but he never let on that he minded continuing to work with me. Indeed, I would venture to say that he has been more helpful and responsive that any company I have worked with, even though he is "just some guy" doing flashes from home!

This was word for word my exact same experience with Ken (minus the boost leak). Went from ready to drive the car off a friggin cliff and be done with it to falling back in love with my car alllll over again. Customer service is everything and Ken's is second to NONE!
