tuner bolts

does anybody use tuner bolts ,these seem a good price , thinking about getting some

cool no issues that you know of?
I know they have to be put on by hand not power gun

same applies to all bolts , but i'm struggling to understand why they better that normal bolts

not saying they are, but I have rusty nuts so i want to buy some new ones

i think its for

"aftermarket wheels that have smaller wheel nut recesses, where a socket will not fit"
