Need some local advice please!
Hello All,
I just moved to Columbia, MD from Orlando, FL. To make a long story short, I need to take my car into BMW for a service issue. Are there any particular dealers I should go to, or stay away from? Thanks in advance!

this should be the case at any dealership. Those car wash machines they have are the worst.

Dont feel bad, when I had my AMG they scratched one of my rims going through their stupid car wash....big blue mark. I made them repair it but it was never quite right. That was my lesson learned

I've had great experience at russel bmw which is now Catonsville. They are the only service I've ever been please with and I've been to at least 6 in the midatlantic-tristate
