Reputable/Capable shops in Toronto/GTA

So yeah, I love RMP to death but due to the conflict in work hours and their hours I can't make it there sometimes. They did my rear rotors and pads for $380 a couple weeks ago; everything was superb. It sucks that they're closed on weekends. I'm just looking for other shops where I don't have to be scared to take my car in. I've been to euroline a few times for oil changes but I'm starting to hear negative things about them. So yeah, as the topic states. Good shops, preferably close to brampton and mississauga?

Ive been going to Motorfabrik lately for most of my mods and maintenance. I heard about them from their thread on RFD: http://forums.redflagdeals.com/ask-m...ni-1425599/46/ They specialize in VAG vehicles, but also do service BMW's and Merc's.

Located around 400 & Finch:
22-750 Oakdale Road, Toronto, Ontario M3N 2Z4

They are very friendly, professional, nice waiting area with free wifi, and especially very good pricing.

I said it once, I'll say it again, we need a local mechanics sticky but whatever.

I would bring my 2 E90's as well as my moms E90 to this guy. He just did my valve cover gasket because I didn't have time to do it and did an amazing job, PLUS I had codes because I installed aftermarket HID's and didnt get around to clearing them and he cleared it with out me even asking him! Hes honest and thats what I like about him.

Short story, I went to pick up my car around 9:30pm and he was still working. I asked him why he was still at the shop and he said a customer really needed work done and the only time he could drop off the car (BMW X5) was after he was done work (around 8pm) and since this was his only vehicle he needed it done before he went to work in the morning.

I dont know too many people/business' that would do that. I have also used RMP, they are excellent as well but quoted me a lot more for the same job.

Another +1 for Ivo @ Columbus Automotive in Mississauga.

Needed my AC condenser fixed ASAP and he was able to get it sorted out on a late Friday afternoon! Great prices, too. Clean shop as well.

+1 for BMWizard. Mats knows his stuff. He is always super busy. Been going to him for over 2 years now and had my brakes, oil filter gasket, waterpump and thermostat all done by him and the regular maintenance stuff as well.

I'm not trying to be a dick but it is SO EASY to do a "search" of this forum and find about 25 similar threads that are all recommending the same people over and over again...

That being said, +1 for Ivo.
