Did it ever work? Mine was stuck when I first got it, after I broke it free it has worked flawlessly since. Sounds like you have some binding going on. Easy fix.

No it doesn't work at all, It feels like the piston is stuck in it. But how may I push it out? With hammer lol?

Disconnect v-band clamp from charge pipe (leave top of tial off... with spring off, like you already have). From the bottom with your two thumbs you should be able to push on and break the piston free. Once free, it'll actuate pretty smoothly, at least if it was like mine. I'm a large guy with very good strength, and I couldn't budge mine until I took it apart like described above. It still took considerable force.

Edit: BTW, it's kind of a pain in the ass to put that v-band clamp back on with the charge pipe installed, but I have big hands. After I dropped the fastener for it I just took the charge pipe off and installed the bov on the assembly while off the car.

Thank you so much, there isn't any reviews and guides on the internet says I should do that and I am very confused why the piston doesn't move when I firstly got my hands on it but since I am noob so I didn't think too much so just got in installed...will take a look tomorrow and hopefully make some qiuqiu lol

Yeah, I only found this out because while I was fondling my newly arrived car parts, I noticed that I couldn't push the piston in on the bov by hand. I have competed in powerlifting for a decade or so, and I put quite a bit of stank on it (read that: nearly my bodyweight; about 300 lbs) when I tried to make it move. Nope.

Once I took it apart, broke it free, and put it back together all was golden. I did, per the recommendation of Tony Vargas, put the much lighter black spring in, which worked better for me than the plain spring Tial ships.

I think it just sat a very long time in the closed position and took a set. Not uncommon. Easy fix.

Once it's open it will move pretty easy. Just a light tap should do it. Not to be stupid, but remember that to open the valve, the piston moves up, away from the charge pipe.

Mine wouldnt move with the yellow spring when I first got it, lubing the piston helped but I was still having problems. With my mightyvac I could not get it to open until 26in of vacuum. My car idles at 19-20in so after swapping to the unpainted spring I it started working.
