Actually, if you look 2 posts above you, he wrote update on February 12 2016. So yes, its 2 years old but he's also been trying to sell it for the past 2 years.

Canadian blackbook avg asking price is $24k @ 67000km. My price includes coils, bumper and exhaust.

Extras do not add to the price usually. Just make the market for the car smaller.
