screen saver possible or feature I am un-aware of?
Rather than starring at the menu screen, artist info or turn the screen off, is there a feature I am missing or a way to load screen savers for some better visual appeal?
Thanks, Dave |

Agreed, but it would be a cool option! Even just a "Wallpaper" option (like on a Garmin) would be fun.

actually, this is possible. You can hack any Navi. I don't own a stock navi so I can't help you here but trust me it's possible cause it's a computer to start with. Someone just need to create a patch that can replace the welcome screen with their own custom.
Here's something i'm working on on my computer. |

you can do it, ive done it for mine, its a bit long winded and yoiu have to be a bit IT literate with ISO's etc.
Is quite fun to do and lets you have your own boot screen and also your own pics for icons and stuff in the POI. PM me and ill send yoiu some details, same goes for anyone else. |

Set one of the steering wheel buttons to turn the monitor off. It's like a screen saver, and it's nice not to have the light in your peripheral view while driving at night.
