I ordered new oem spark plugs at McKenna. While in line I was talking to another customer when Gilbert heard me mention e90. He immediately offered me a new and better price and spent a couple of minutes with me. He was a really nice guy and knew a lot about BMWs. Thanks for the discount and great customer service.
