I am in the market to replace my e46. I am looking for a 2009-2011 328i with navigation, heated seats, and sport package. I am looking to spend under $24k, if that is realistic.

-RWD preferred but can handle AWD
-Less than 70k miles
-Sedan (e90)

Around the midwest would be great but willing to travel.

Not exactly what you are looking for, but my 08 335i sedan has 56000 miles and sport package. Under warranty to 9/2018. $18,500.
