Workshop Recommendations...
Hi all, just an idea, but should there be a recommended dealer/Independent thread where people can list companies that have given very good service.
What I propose is a list of the companies you recommend because they have given you... The basics - They looked after you and your car... Standard - They repaired/do what you wanted to your car- (not too much to ask) Over & above - You feel that the service you were given was not just what we all expect - bearing in mind we pay these people... I am happy to admin/look after the thread with the info provided, if you PM me the info below I will update... Who they are.. What they do... Where they are... Anything over and above... Do you think this will be a good idea or die on its rear end? |

Re Josh yep top bloke great product and service.... Can't say anymore really as those light say it all M4rius simple things like dials.... you wouldn't think this sort of thing would turn out this good you really wouldn't especially when you see on here what he charges read some of the posts and the service where he's taken the dials out disappeared and come back a little later all done is something else Makkann00 What can I say .... There are times where I wished Makkann's in my payroll everything I've seen on here is top draw and above bloody awesome.. Quote:
I'm sure the good people on here will respond...... for me if I know either myself or my guys have done wrong then I'll admit it, on here I've made a mistake re misquoting and in the thread first thing I done was to openly admit it/apologise for it. |

Old grey steve is the one! Im waiting for all my bits to arrive and going to him to get it all fitted. Yes it may cost a bit over others but ive been through all that cheap work and it just causes you more issues in the long run. If you can get to him then definitely go to him!

Yep. Got my brake lines and atf changed at Steves. Great work and they do the job right. Better than getting someone cheap and then getting the job done again. Plus he does special coffee for you

But re the work thanks all we do what we can don't always(hand on heart get it right all the time & if we don't it gets sorted )but the car goes out right even if it takes longer than anticipated to sort it goes out right first time or it doesn't go out. We've on occasions on aftermarket stuff for instance not fitted some items supplied due to issues seen by the tech notion, disappointing yes, but we'd rather tell you(we bring customers over and show them the issue)than fit something and as a customer hear back from you with an problem later. |
