It's a shame they kept those amber reflectors in the headlights and didn't put them on the bumper like the E92. They moved them on the 5 and 6 series during their mid cycle refresh and will on the refresh E90.
I guess it gives them something to do for the mid cycle refresh but it's still lame. They should put them on the bumper from the start. That way people can get them painted if they want. They look like shit in the headlight, IMO. |

E92 look way better, its true 1 series is faster but its ugly and it doesn't look sporty as the e92.

I always wondered what BMW was hoping to achieve here. They priced it way too close to do any real good. Hopefully, they don't become like Mercedes and try to fill every artifical niche they think is out there. *cough* X6 as well

Wow, came out to 45,100!! The 335i I configured was only 48,000. I think the only real reason to get a 135i would be if you plan on turning it into a track car and don't get any options on the car, then you could keep the price around 35k. But once you add some of the things that would make it a nice daily driver like leather/nav/ipod those type of things it just skyrockets.

What a stupid, expensive car. Its not much lighter than a 3 series, and it isn't much cheaper. Why would I buy it then?
I am just thoroughly disappointed in it. 5k cheaper and a weight around 3100 lbs... then we are talking. Last edited by RichP; 12-17-2007 at 11:20 AM.. |
