Question on Dome lighting

Hello, I need a little help. I love how my door handle LEDs light up when i unlock the car, but i hate how my interior dome lights come on as well. if i disable the dome lighting, then it also disables my door handle LEDs. how can i make the door LEDs still function while having no interior light come on with unlock or opening the door?? will i get a bulb error code if i just pull the dome bulbs?? thanks in advance

I don't think disabling the dome light is a good idea.

Why don't you change the dome light to LED also???
That's how I did on my car.

I changed the dome light and the map lights to LEDs.

They look very nice and luxury when I unlock the car.

Here are some pics for the LED dome lights that I got on my car.

On the last pic, you can see the difference between white LED light and the stock yellowish light.

Those LEDs look good. Can you post the LED models and where to get them? How about the reading lights? What LED's should we use for them?

For most of the general public, we need more specifics on those LEDs.

Thanks.

I just bought the LED white wedge bulb from the mall.
You can just use anykind of LED bulb for the dome light.
I don't exactly know, but I guess they were T10 LED wedge bulb as long as I remember.

And for the rear center console, I couldn't change those bulbs.
They are different sizes, and I don't think anyone make those bulbs in LED.

It was really easy to change them.
Get a thin flat head screw driver, and pop the plastic cover.
Then, just pull out the bulb and replace them.
When you do this, some of them, has the pins backward.

When this happen, just flip it to the other side, match to your factory bulb.

And... that's it. =D
