08 E92 lease

Hello all,

As a new member of the bmw family and former g35 owner, i wanted to run by this lease offer i got. Just ordered a 08 alpine white e92. This was the best deal i recieved, let me know what you guys think:

335i coupe, Sport Package, Premium Package, Heated Seats
MSRP 45,725
Price 43,456
MF: .00235
Res: .61
Monthly payment $600 a month (this excludes taxes as I will pay this upfront)

Since this was best hassling i could do, let me know if i got shafted or if i should head back to the dealer and cause a scene in the showroom

You should get the MF to .00215 or less (.00200)

Did the MF drop or something? In November it was at .00235 for the e92 335. I'd be very happy with that MF rate.

Well up front was $825 acq fee, security deposit $600, Doc Fee $259, $187 Registration Fee, and First Month Payment of $600 for a total up front of $2,471.

I also paid my taxes up front which are ridiculous in NY at 8.375% which made my taxes about 1,900 bucks, which is something I couldn't avoid.

Good deal- I'm paying $660mo w/$4k out of pocket for a 12k/36mo. lease....I think I have more options than you though....my agreed selling price was $46,500- basically $1k over invoice.

NYBMW - Where did you order yours from? I bought my initial one from Westchester BMW, and went back to get my e92 but my old sales person had left. The new one was BS'ing me too much so I tracked down my old salesperson and went to Wide World and got an exceptional deal with no BS.

i actually ordered mine from Herb Chambers BMW in Boston MA. Reason being i was tired of dealing with the bs in the tri state area with these dealers. Plus in boston it appears the coupes are not in high demand considering they still had 07 coupes sitting on their lot. And as you are probably aware down here they are in such high demand leaving the dealers to have a chip on their shoulder to charge whatever they want. Not to mention that the wait time for the order was extremely fast. I placed my order on Nov 17 and my car is currently at the prep center awaiting delivery to the dealer.
