Some White Smoke @ Redline Normal?

So I smoked a genesis coupe last night in Mexico from 30-60 roll.

I was in 3rd and Mashed the gas click on the pedal and it downshifted to 2nd gear and around 6500 rpms I saw a bit of white smoke, not black or blue or like a bad engine. Just like a powder white and it only happened after 5500-6000 and it disappeared fast. Seemed to me like richness of fuel.

I have catless downpipe and modded mufflers, cai and jb4.

Any thoughts?

Too rich usually makes black smoke, white smoke is usually coolant...
Hope its not a head gasket.
