I don't know how this would stream audio/ turn by turn voice nav if my car only supports calls over Bluetooth. Anybody think this is possible?

It supports audio out via bluetooth (if your car supports it), 3.5mm jack, or micro-USB (if your car is quite new and has very full-featured USB support, so I expect this option might work in, say, a BMW with a combox).
