Jb4 g5 iso set up

Hey guys, new to the jb world. Just picked up a jb4 g5 iso with USB for n55 e90.

Can I install this and drive off?

My laptop croked on me. Is the laptop truly necessary.

I really want to slap this thing in but don't want to run into any issues.

Yea you're fine just installing it as long as you don't go ISO

You sure can. It is safe to always log to see if there's any issues tho.
Learn how to use the steering wheel controls so you can choose your Maps. Little homework at n54tech.com will help you understand how to use your new acquired power

All boards are shipped non-iso, unless you purchased it from a forum member or someone else who has already done the iso conversion. If that is the case, you'll be all set an won't need the laptop. If you got it directly from burger, you will need to clip the diode and load the most recent software with a laptop.
