We have a KICKA$$ car...
You know there has been lots of debates, discussions, and so forth about the tuning options, mod comparisons and so forth, but I just wanted to say, regardless of your choice of tune, aftermarket mod choice, transmission choice, etc...the BMW 335i just ROCKS.
There is not a single other car you can buy for $40-50K that offers everything this car offers. As C&D said in a recent article, it just might be the best all around car in the world, and I agree!! What great fun this car is and what a blessing it is that we have, and can afford to drive this car. Later. |

Mine has grown on me. I wasn't much of a fan right after I got it, but I like it pretty well now

I loved it from the moment I saw it sitting there waiting for me to sign the paperwork. And then I got in and drove away and fell in love forever. I have had the car over a year and am still twitter pated every time I see it in my driveway and get excited when I take a seat and push the fun button. So well rounded and exhilarating to drive fast or slow. Even more so with a piggyback. Dang. I will sing the praises from the mountain tops... I LOVE MY CAR!

Same. First german car for me, and I think I'm hooked on Bimmers. I have had Honda/Acura in the past and they were always trouble-free, but the driving experience is totally different in a BMW. Had it almost a year and I still go out and drive around just for the hell of it sometimes.

AMEN BROTHER! Just how i feel.I have had many sweet cars in my 50 years so far.My last two being modded evo,s,before that an 01 camaro ss,etc. and better etc. But i can honestly say this one,(07 335 i coupe,SP,6 MT w/leather is the best one yet.It took a few weeks to really start to appreciate the car, hard to explain it. But with only 2600 miles i love the whole package.Cant wait to get my Dinan tune, and then eventualy a BMW (hopefully)LSD,or a Dinan LSD.Gotta keep my warranty. I know i,ll pay through the nose on either one, especially a Dinan lsd.Gotta hope BMW will offer one in the near future.

I do agree. I was in a conundrum because coming from a car with 300whp and 300wtq at ~3200lb everything under the $50,000 just felt too slow. I test drove the 335i by accident and was impressed with the speed.

EFFING TRUE.
Anyone who drives needs to get behind the wheel of this vehicle. A little Haiku tribute: What is your purpose? turning, stopping, going . . . fast 335i |

I was looking at the Acura TL Type S and the Mercedes C350. I had been searching and saving for a car for 6 months. I finally decided on the mercedes in Sparkling Gray, AMG 18" rims, and lots of extras. I had put the $500 deposit on it and just for reck the next day i went to bmw to check out the 335i thinking it was out of my price range. I had cancelled my deposit at mercedes that very moment and im so glad i did. I paid a few thousand dollars more for a few thousand time better car. This car rocks...the only downside is that many people have 325is, 328is, and 330is. And the 335i doesnt have many differences on the outside when its a completely different class of car. They should have gave it a differnt bodykit. I dont think its a big of a head turner like the m-series. Nothing a few aerodynamic items wont fix though. lata

yea yea true.........I just wish BMW's would run perfectly, as in no false errors all the time, fuel pump and sensor issues. Otherwise, yea the 335 is great

I have to disagree with you Supramano.I think the looks are killer at every angle.I agree that a slight more hint of a factory body kit would enhance it some, but not everyone likes that style. But you can always personalize it to your tastes with aftermarket or BMW body kits and such.Either way we have a smoking ride brother.
