Procede Reader Datalog Differences at 93%
This is interesting and important for Procede V2 users to note when reading datalogs:
It is important to open with map that covers a short enough period to induce a graph reading with 1.0 psi accuracy. You can then overlay your longer maps so it gives you more detailed boost readings with 1.0 psi boost integers rather than the zoomed out version which seems to be visually misleading. I messed around with my tq values today from 90% to 92% to 94% and ended up at 93% still pushing a little high on boost but hey, i'm a risk taker and the car had ZERO audible knock and ping, it ran like a dream. (Tried to get a newer C6 Z06 to run, we followed each other around town, got on the freeway, couldn't find a gap in traffic and he hopped back off the freeway. Don't worry, I know he can beat me, just curious by how much.) Anyway, take a look at the differences in graphs below, these are the same two graphs but one reads by 1.0 psi measurements vs. the other reads by 10.0 psi measurements. The 10psi map looks like 13-14psi when boost was raised, the 1psi map shows it's actually 14.5-15.5psi (at the 5,500 rpm's we are supposed be watching for):

Doesn't that little flat line bother anyone else? Theres no way it's sitting there perfectly flat on a resolution in the tenths of a PSI.

Depends on what you're doing, this next log is just third gear the whole way through, the prior were first second and third, when you get going and heat gets building, procede uses it's dual solenoid control to hold it steady. During this third geat pull, colder condition, potential for boost spike, procede tones down the boost to keep things safe (at least that's my take on it):

Holly crap, you could read that? And here I thought I had somehow become invisible to you, I just assumed you wouldn't ignore a customer who tried 4 different methods to contact you over a period of a few weeks.

Like in this thread, for instance, you want to believe that boost can't possibly be that well controlled. And there's nothing I can do or say that will convince you otherwise. So I won't. And now you can start another thread calling me a liar again. And then other complaining about how I don't respond to your PMs. Shiv |

Oh and I found this statement to be VERY ironic since after ignoring me for 2 weeks when I PMed you of the possibility of a solenoid being stuck open you immediately chimed in about it. But after it was clear that wasn't the issue and it could once again be the procede, I get ignored again. Hypocrite?

Shiv, let's do a dyno day soon...? Maybe when you bring out your cone-filter intake and we could run a few customer cars with it vs. stock air box? Vince and I both want to spin some big barrels, and I'm sure there are a few other locals that would like to.
On a separate note, just for a touch of humor, I somehow lost the black cover that goes over the white ECU box cover, pretty funny, thats pretty big piece of plastic to disapear in an open car port, maybe I pulled one of these:
