Can't believe how cheap the 335i's can be had for now!
I'm guessing these are going to start becoming quite popular with the tuning scene as they now become more affordable which is definately a good thing! One of my mates is about to sell his 2011 sti which is nearing 3 years old, he's going to take a hit on that considering the new sti's are $55k when he paid $67k new! |

About $40k is on the money.
I paid $113,500 at the end of 2008 for my E92 335i M-Sport which was a few months old. These aren't the NA BMW's of old which you didn't have to spend a cent on outside routine maintenance. I have a 2000 E46 325Ci with 139K km. I bought it end of 2002. The most expensive thing I have had to replace on it was a drivers side door actuator 2 years ago. 335i's are a great thing especially when tuned, but they can get money hungry at times. This can be reflected in their resale values.

Carsales is the best indicator of what they're actually selling for. As long as it's a model with enough examples online to be able to gauge a good figure. Of course there will always be outliers though.
