I'm assuming direct swap for E9X's? Also, stiffer/ more durable?

Shipping would depend on your location. But it's about $380

Too many...
At the risk of being laughed off of this thread:

1) Dinan stage 3 flash tune
2) Dinan bushings
3) Dinan monoball control arms
4) Dinan intercooler
5) Dinan oil cooler
6) Dinan LSD
7) Dinan front carbon fiber strut brace
8) Dinan rear sway bar
9) Dinan pedals
10) Dinan floor mats

Hmmm.... Yeah I think that about covers it

Just curious how this tight control arms works with regular pump and rack ? Is that enough power to move those?
Or it doesn't matter?

Ahhh I wish. I don't have many tools, nor do I have the time to do this myself at the moment.

I doubt it makes any difference - the turning force that the rack needs to overcome is 99% in the ball joint* which won't be significantly different. I guess the main difference is the bush (other end) which is stiffer. Looks like the rubber is smaller so there is less movement. In the E46 M3 I believe the bush had a middle ring of steel in the rubber to make it stiffer.

*and the top mount, and the tyre surface.

It's an easy DIY job. I replaced mine with the Meyle HD units. Really tightened things up. Can only imagine the M3 ones would do a bit more.
