Upper limit on 1/4 mile runs
So, as I await my service appointment, I'm wondering what (if any) upper limit there is on the number of 1/4 mile runs one should do in a given time period, say an hour?
In my case, 12 was the magic number that presumably did in my fuel pump. I'll find out for sure in the next week. That's assuming that it was inherently flawed and a service appointment just waiting to happen . Is there a rule of thumb for 1/4 mile runs? I kept an eye on engine temps and they never rose above 240... Thanks for the input |

Heh, I've ran my card hard hot lapping for 20-25 minutes, last thing on my mind is the fuel pump...
