Just a guess without logs. How many miles since you changed plugs? Are you using E85 and if so how much?

I'm no expert but could be fuel pump and bad o2 sensor. Replacing the rear o2 sensors is super simple. Can get them pretty cheap of amazon. Just call the dealer and get the part number for each bank. You need the one in bank 2. Then you can get a Bosch from amazon for less than half the price the dealer charges. Like I said, real easy to change. Map 5 could be targeting higher boost and pushing the fuel pump more. The o2 being dead might mess with that a little. Like I said no expert here so it might not mess with fueling at all. I would try replacing the o2 first since it's the easiest then do a run and see what happens. Reread codes and hope that one is atleast gone. If pump code still comes back take some logs and post them as well in the n54tech support section. Start with the o2 sensor. Ready.... go!

Car has 72000 miles. No e85. I figure o2 sensor code was from catless downpipes. Spark plugs are oem Bosch with 5000 miles on them

Also fuel injector have been changed once to the updated ones. I was thinking it was a coil going to swap cylinder 6 coil with another cylinder tomorrow.

O2 code should not be there.

So the 2C78 code has nothing to do with having catless downpipes?

Will post some logs when I get a chance
