Headlight washer cover springs?

I seem to of lost one of the springs which attaches to the headlight washer cover after my bumper was resprayed. Each cover has two usually.

Any idea where I could get one? and what they are referred too as?

Cheers

James

I was looking into getting one two as mine was a bit stretched and not sitting right. From what I found you need to buy the covers which comes with the springs. I think you can get them direct from bmw (unpainted). Have a look on eBay and you should find them.

Hope it helps, and if anyone knows where to get the springs on their own if also be interested.

Mine doesn't drop back into place after being used on the drivers side (no idea how to fix currently) so I coded them out too, so I didn't have to worry about it. However was told at my service a couple of weeks back that I will have to un-code them for my MOT in November. If you have them fitted to your car, then you have to have them working for the MOT - not sure why??!!??

A mix of mine not returning properly and covering my car in water, i pulled the fuse.

Alot easier to throw back in prior to MOT.

@A4S they are a requirement to having Xenons. If they are fitted, they must be fully operational.
