Popped the SES Cherry - P02CE

I knew it was not if, but when, and that time has come. After 52K miles of 100% trouble free miles our first SES on the 2011 335D. While from a generic reader apparently this means 'Cylinder #2 Fuel Injector offset learning at maximum limit. Other than the car being down in MPG about 10% for the past year, was running perfectly until today. Now it has an occasional but very noticeable stumble (misfire in spark ignition terms) at idle.

Am very busy next few weeks so hopefully it can wait a bit. While it could just be a single injector, as we all know most likely just the start of a big ordeal.

Yes I do have the extended platinum warranty (whew).

I made an appointment for the car. I did give the car an "Italian Tune-up", sport mode and running hard to 100 MPH a few times. The miss at idle disappeared immediately after. Now one week later the SES has gone out but I'm pretty sure it will come back, just don't know how soon.

Plan is to keep the appointment in case it does come back on in the next 2 weeks.

On this forum it should be changed to a "German tuneup".
